JAMES S. ROBERTS

James Roberts is a partner with the firm Fellers, Schewe, Scott & Roberts, Inc., Atlanta, Georgia where he has served clients throughout the Southeast since 1991. James study real estate principles and valuation procedures at Clemson University and has extensive training in all phases of appraisal, assessment analysis and appeal preparation and presentation. He is a Registered Real Estate Appraiser in Georgia and South Carolina, Tennessee State Board of Equalization Registered Agent and Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in Georgia and South Carolina.

James has been involved with Atlanta Apartment Association, Building Owners and Managers of Atlanta, Georgia Association of Assessing Officials, South Carolina Association of Assessing Officials and currently serves as officer of the National Council of Property Taxation.
